This 3 course vegan dinner includes a specialty cider pairing, complete with commentary from both NECC owner Miguel and Chef Sil as they walk you through the vegan culinary experience and cider making processes!
The Menu:
Starter:
Krab rangoon dip with wonton chips
*paired with Cucumber Ginger Cider
Choice of roll:
-Dynamite Roll - cucumber, avocado with spicy jackfruit
*paired with Mango Dragonfruit Cider
-Miso Sweet Potato Roll-miso marinated SP with cucumber and red peppers.
*paired with Seaweed Jalapeno Cider
Dessert:

* paired with Plumb wine with Ume Plumbs
All served with choice of spicy mayo or house soy sauce.
